    An Enjoyable Read

Posted by Emma on 7th Feb 2026

Believable characters in a rural setting that isn't seen enough in fiction for young readers made for a very pleasant read. The relatable theme of not fitting in will appeal to anyone. Minimal word count was excellent for those lacking time or energy to devote to reading. Highly recommended.

    An interesting story

This is a well written story about a boy who has trouble making friends because of his quiet nature. City kids will enjoy its insight into country life and camp drafting.
