Sarah received a BA Honours Degree in graphic design at Teesside University and then gained a PGCE in teaching art and design.
After several years of teaching she was involved in a car accident and decided to follow her dreams and become a freelance illustrator.
Working part-time for a couple of years she plucked up the courage to quit teaching and become a full time freelance illustrator and has illustrated several picture books as well as illustrations for magazines, greetings cards and character
designs for products and even life-size mascots.
