    Hannah wants her friend, Nelly, to climb a tall tree, but Nelly won’t because she’s afraid of heights, a secret she hasn’t ever shared with anyone, not even her best friend, Tom. Spying Nelly’s reluctance, Hannah, starts calling Nelly, Nelly Jelly. This makes Nelly mad causing her to fling a pink doll with a fluffy, puffy pink dress up into the air where it lands way up high in the tall tree. Now, Nelly must find a way to climb the tree or else face a lifetime of being called Nelly Jelly. This book teaches children that great heights can be frightening but they can also be magnificent. It has two instances of the word ‘crikey.’ It’s a fun adventure book for children who enjoy tree climbing, creepy crawly bugs and Dad jokes.
