Jess Horn is a Sydney-based children’s author and former speech pathologist whose books celebrate imagination, inclusivity, and diversity. Her CBCA Notable debut picture book, Bernie Thinks in Boxes, was selected for the 2025 Victorian Government Prep Bags. Having won an ASA Award Mentorship for The Dandelion Wish Factory, she is thrilled to be working with Wombat Books to release this as her debut junior fiction book.
